Through the dance one experiences the most authentic encounter with the other thanks to a deep non-verbal communication made of the body, emotions, energy and putting into play cognitive soft skills (problem-solving, decision making, critical sense, creativity), emotional ( awareness, stress management, emotion management) and social (empathy, effective communication, effective relationships).
