What do they all have in common? Each company needed to make a change, for different reasons and in different ways, and they all needed to get people involved with their message as effectively as possible, all while maintaining a reasonable budget and leaving a positive legacy.

MM Lounge Restaurant |
Alessandra Boaro oversaw the training of MM LoungeRestaurant staff with great commitment and success. She was able to pass on the philosophy and values of the brand to the staff, involving and motivating them. Additionally, for the first time in Italy, a technical and practical sales training for waiters, kitchen staff and hostesses of the restaurant was carried out.
MM LoungeRestaurant was the first restaurant to have waiters and bartenders wear a shirt with cufflinks.
Alessandra took care of dressing all the staff of the restaurant, designing and having tailor-made uniforms created for them by Neapolitan tailors: a perfect mix of innovation and elegance that has created even more warmth in the staff’s service and the staff itself. Alessandra will certainly be the person to follow the world-wide development of the brand.

Asset Beclly, the Brazilian company that brought the Vespa brand back to Brazil after more than 20 years of absence from the market, turned to Style for Success to create something new and impactful that would allow the Vespa brand to be positioned at a high level in the Brazilian scooter market.
Through a study conducted in collaboration with Style for Success, the Vespa was positioned using the logic of the fashion and luxury market, taking as a reference top players such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana.
The results were as follows: the opening of the first Vespa boutique that sells motorcycles in a luxury shopping mall and the creation of a new type of seller, that is a mix between a classic car seller and a style consultant of the most famous brands, with with a combination of technical and interpersonal sales skills.

Monacelli Italy is the first Development Company that has created a winning methodology to help hairdressers differentiate themselves from the competition by transforming them into Hair Beauty Consultants (HBC).
Thanks to the invaluable collaboration of Style for Success in transferring to their Customers a complete vision of current styles and fashion trends.
Style for Success with the utmost professionalism and competence also provides HBC with complete training on two fronts: knowledge of the physiognomic aspects of the person for the realization of a personalized beauty project and updates on the latest fashion trends. Monacelli Italy has chosen them for their always punctual and analytical way of working and for their empathetic ability in managing a classroom.

With Alessandra Boaro we were able to develop a sales training in our Europe stores.
Everything was designed from scratch: from the sales and service ceremony to the technical training materials produced, to the creation of video training and to the development of a new way of selling according to our unmistakable style.
Our favorite part and the one that allowed us to have quicker results, was the in-store “live” training in direct contact with the customers and with the whole sales staff.
All the stores involved appreciated the work that brought excellent results in terms of motivation, sales, and performance improvement. We will certainly continue to work together.
